Ingredients:
- 250g/9oz plain flour
- 75g/2.6oz caster sugar
- 175g/6oz butter
- 1 1/2 teasp cinnamon
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees (c), gas mark 4, 350 degrees (f).
- Mix flour & sugar together in a bowl.
- Add butter & cinnamon & rub together until a breadcrumb like texture is formed.

- Knead into a dough.

- Roll out dough & using circle cookie cutters cut out cookies & place onto a lined baking tray.

- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- When cooked remove from the oven & while still warm stamp with Christmas tree stamper & allow to cool.
