Ingredients:
- Bread/ breadcrumbs (as much or as little as you like, depending on how much you want or how many people you are cooking for)
- Butter
- Onion
- Mixed herbs
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees (c), gas mark 4, 350 degrees (f).
- Put your bread & mixed herbs into a blender & blitz until they become breadcrumbs, or you can buy ready made breadcrumbs at your local supermarket.

- Chop your onions & sweat them in the butter until soft, at this point I like to add mixed herbs as I find that the flavour really infuses with the onions.

- Pour your butter & onion mixture into the bread crumbs and blitz until your stuffing is at the desired consistency. (Bakers tip: if it is dry you can add more butter, if it is too moist you can add more bread).

- Transfer into an oven dish & cover in tinfoil.

- Pop into the oven for about 30 minutes, or again until it is at your desired consistency.

I hope you enjoy this alongside your Christmas dinner. Have a very merry Christmas & a healthy, happy New Year!
